Acceptance

By using AIPA ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description of Service

AIPA is an AI personal assistant that connects to your messaging platforms (Slack, Discord, Gmail, Telegram) and provides voice and text interaction through AI services. The App runs on your device and communicates directly with third-party APIs using your own credentials.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for your own API keys, OAuth connections, and credentials.
You must comply with the terms of service of each connected platform (Slack, Discord, Google, Telegram, OpenAI, Anthropic).
You are responsible for any actions taken through the App on your connected accounts, including messages sent on your behalf.
You must not use the App for any unlawful purpose.

AI-Generated Content

The App uses AI to draft replies and summarize messages. AI-generated content may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing any content before it is sent.

Data and Privacy

See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling. In summary: your data stays on your device.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to messages sent incorrectly, data loss, or API charges incurred through connected services.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
